Fill out both parts of the order
form. But do not include any form of payment when placing your order for
a silkscreen. When ordering a silkscreen, write the poster number of
the artwork you have chosen from Painpang.com's online
Gallery in the product title box on your order form. Mail both
parts of the completed order form for your silkscreen to:

"WHAT
FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?"
We only accept Money Orders (or
Cashier's Checks) and Personal Checks at this time. Personal checks must clear
before your purchase will ship. Checks typically take 14 days to clear. But
Painpang.com also plans to add instant electronic payments through PayPal. So
if you see a PayPal button next to a product, you can click that and pay online
and avoid having to fill out our order
form and mailing us a check.

Make your check or money order
out to the name of the author of your book selection. The author is the copyright
© holder of the book. DO NOT make your check or money order out to Painpang.com

will not be shipped out to you. Painpang.com is not receiving a cut of the profits.

Make your check or money order
out to the name of the filmmaker of your DVD movie selection. The filmmaker
is the copyright © holder of the DVD movie. DO NOT make your check or money
order out to Painpang.com or any mailing address. If you do, it will be returned
to you and your DVD movie will not be shipped out to you. Painpang.com is not
receiving a cut of the profits. All profits go directly to the filmmaker &
copyright © holder of your movie.

I AM BUYING A T-SHIRT, WHO DO I MAKE MY PAYMENT
OUT TO?"
E-mail us for info on who to make
your check or money order out to for T-shirts. DO NOT make your check or money
order out to Painpang.com or any mailing address. If you do, it will be returned
to you and your T-shirt will not be shipped out to you.
"WHEN
DO I PAY IF I AM BUYING A SIGNED ORIGINAL SILKSCREEN?"
Ordering a silkscreen or serigraph
is different from ordering a BOOK or DVD. If you are ordering a silkscreen,
pay only when you are asked to pay. And you will not be asked to pay until after
you have approved the photo of your final silkscreen, which will be emailed
to you upon completion of your order. Do not include payment when you
are only placing your initial order for a silkscreen.
In other words, do not pre-pay for your silkscreen.

I AM BUYING A SIGNED ORIGINAL SILKSCREEN, WHO DO
I MAKE MY PAYMENT OUT TO?"
When you are asked to
pay, make your check or money order out to the artist(s) responcible for creating
your particular poster-size serigraph/ silkscreen artwork. In other words, your
check or money order needs to be made out to whomever's signature(s) appears
on your final poster-size serigraph/ silkscreen artwork. DO NOT make your check
or money order out to Painpang.com or any mailing address. If you do, it will
be returned to you and your serigraph/ silkscreen will not be shipped out to
you. Painpang.com is not receiving a cut of the profits. All profits go directly
to the artist(s) involved in the creation of your particular serigraph/ silkscreen.
(Note: a serigraph is just another name for a silkscreen.)
